With an MSc in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge Business School, four years of training in Transactional Analysis, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Vanessa brings both academic rigour and practical depth to every engagement.
Her aim is to help leaders create more effective, human and successful organisations - whether that means diagnosing a whole organisation, coaching a leadership team, providing an objective third party perspective or mentoring an individual executive.
